Training on a large gym ball engaging all muscle groups. Excellent results are achieved thanks to the unstable surface of the ball, which forces the body to find balance. Training with the ball is a combination of muscle strengthening, corrective, stabilizing and relieving effects on the joints and spine. The aim of the classes is to strengthen the deep muscles responsible for an upright posture. This form is intended for people who cannot take part in classic strengthening classes because they do not want to expose their back to overload.
