MEDI SPA & WELLNESS REGULATIONS

§1. GENERAL

Before using the MEDI SPA & WELLNESS services, the Guest should read the MEDI SPA & WELLNESS Regulations located at Skal Hotel**** Resort & Medi SPA (hereinafter: "Hotel"). The use of MEDI SPA & WELLNESS services is tantamount to acceptance of the provisions of these Regulations. Ignorance of the Regulations does not exempt you from compliance with them 1. MEDI SPA & WELLNESS is open every day at the following hours:

The Hotel Operator reserves the right to change the opening of individual zones in MEDI SPA & WELLNESS without the need to change the Regulations. You can stay in the MEDI SPA & WELLNESS area only during its opening hours

2. Before entering the MEDI SPA & WELLNESS area, you must use a shower.

3. Silence is obligatory in the treatment area. MEDI SPA & WELLNESS employees have the right to ask Guests to leave the treatment area if their behavior in any other way causes discomfort to other Guests, in particular if they are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

4. The following are prohibited on the MEDI SPA & WELLNESS premises: smoking, bringing or consuming alcohol, bringing in glass containers, keeping animals and taking MEDI SPA & WELLNESS equipment outside the premises.

5. Persons violating the order in force at MEDI SPA & WELLNESS or the provisions of the MEDI SPA & WELLNESS regulations will be asked to leave.

6. Guests using MEDI SPA & WELLNESS services pay for the services immediately before the treatment at the SPA Reception. If the Guest has an open account at the Hotel, a MEDI SPA & WELLNESS employee may, at the Guest's request, debit the costs of the treatment to such an account (so-called Hotel Credit). In such a case, the Guest may settle the costs of the treatment at the latest when checking out of the hotel at the Hotel's Main Reception.

7. MEDI SPA & WELLNESS services cannot be used by persons: • patients whose health condition may worsen due to the use of SPA, especially treatments, • people with unstable health should use MEDI SPA & WELLNESS after consulting a doctor, • patients whose disease may pose a threat to the health of other people, • with open wounds or skin inflammation, • whose condition indicates the consumption of alcohol or other intoxicants, • whose behavior poses a threat to other guests and SPA employees, • whose hygiene status differs from generally accepted standards.

8. Individual use of treatments is allowed for people over 18 years of age. Persons under 18 years of age may use MEDI SPA & WELLNESS services only with the consent of their guardians, after they have signed a consent to perform the treatment.

9. MEDI SPA & WELLNESS staff is not responsible for items left in lockers or on the SPA premises

10. Guests receiving treatments are obliged to arrive at the MEDI SPA & WELLNESS Reception at least 5 minutes before the time of the planned treatment.

11. If you are late for a treatment, the time of delay will be deducted from the total duration of the treatment without reducing the price for the treatment.

12. In the event of resignation from the treatment or failure to appear for the treatment, the MEDI SPA & WELLNESS staff has the right to charge the Guest with the following costs:  50% of the treatment value for cancellation on the day of the planned treatment; Guests can cancel the treatment directly at the SPA Reception, by phone or e-mail. MEDI SPA & WELLNESS staff has the right to require prepayment for scheduled treatments from guests who are not staying at the Hotel.

13. The duration of the treatment given in the SPA Price List includes preparation, the actual treatment, a possible shower and the end of the treatment.

14. Any complaints regarding MEDI SPA & WELLNESS services may be submitted by the Guest during the treatment or immediately after its completion at the SPA Reception. In other cases, complaints will not be considered.

§3. PERSONAL DATA

The administrator of personal data is Platforma Rozwoju S.A. with its registered office in Lisów 04, 05-610 Goszczyn, which runs the SKAL Hotel ul. Bolesława Chrobrego 80, 78-111 Ustronie Morskie (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). A Data Protection Inspector has been appointed in the Company, who can be contacted by post at the Company's correspondence address or e-mail address: hotel@skal-hotel.pl.
