RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE POOL COMPLEX AT THE SPA & WELLNESS SKAL HOTEL

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The swimming pool is located in the Spa & Wellness Skal Hotel in Ustronie Morskie at ul. Bolesława Chrobrego 80.

2. The swimming pool is open daily from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

3. Before entering the pool hall area and using its facilities, you must familiarise yourself with these rules and regulations and the instructions for using the pool attractions and comply with them during your stay in the pool hall area.

4. Persons violating order or the provisions of these regulations will be removed from the facility without the right to a refund of fees previously paid.

5. All persons on the premises are required to immediately comply with announcements made.

6. On the premises it is forbidden to: − smoke and consume alcoholic beverages or other intoxicants, - bring in sharp instruments and dangerous objects, - consume food in the entire complex, - bring and keep animals, - access the premises, if person’s state indicates consumption of alcohol or other intoxicants.

7. In the case of organised groups, the group leader is responsible for the consequences of the participants' behaviour.

8. All equipment made available to customers of the Swimming Pool has the required approvals and ensures its safe use provided that the rules and regulations are complied with.

9. The swimming pool facility is monitored continuously.

§ 2 RULES FOR THE USE OF THE SWIMMING POOL HALL.

1. Before entering the pool hall area, users are required to change their footwear into clean beach shoes in the cloakroom and leave their outer garments there along with their footwear.

2. Devices that can be damaged (mobile phones, watches, etc.) and sharp-edged items that can be dangerous (jewellery) should be left in the changing room area.

3. Beach shoes should be left in the changing room area.

4. Before entering the pool hall, everyone is required to shower using soap.

5. It is prohibited to use cosmetics in glass containers.

6. Wearing swimwear is compulsory in the swimming pool hall.

7. After using the toilet, shower again.

8. Children under 10 years of age may use the pool only if accompanied by adults.

9. The Swimming Pool must not be used by persons who are intoxicated or under the influence of intoxicants, or by persons whose state of health may constitute a danger to themselves or to other persons in the pool, e.g.: - those suffering from upper respiratory diseases (rhinitis, cough, etc.), - with skin diseases (ringworm, eczema, impetigo, etc.) and unhealed wounds, - with diseases of the excretory system, - with difficulties in breathing, - suffering from balance disorders, epilepsy, infectious diseases, - with circulatory insufficiency, - persons allergic to disinfectants.

10. Pool management and staff have the right to test the state of sobriety of persons entering or staying on the premises. Refusal to submit to the test will result in expulsion from the Pool.

11. Children under 3 years of age can only use the pool in special nappies.

12. Persons who are in a poor state of health, fitness or well-being, as well as pregnant women, should use the Swimming Pool and its facilities with particular care, according to their state of health. The Swimming Pool staff accepts no responsibility for the health consequences caused by those persons’ use of the Swimming Pool.

13. All cuts, injuries and perceived dangers and irregularities must be reported immediately to the lifeguard.

14. Non-swimmers may only use the designated non-swimming areas. 15. Organised groups must have at least one caretaker per

15 participants who is responsible for them at all times when they are in the swimming pool area.

16. Upon entering the swimming pool hall, the group caretaker is obliged to contact the lifeguard in order to establish the rules of swimming.

17. Activities may only take place in the presence of lifeguards.

18. Group activities take place according to a strict timetable. Users of the Swimming Pool are not allowed to create situations that endanger the safety of the people there.

19. In the swimming pool hall, it is categorically prohibited to: − run, - jump into the water, - eat food and chew gum, - raise false alarms, - leave small children unattended, - use large swimming equipment, - pontoons, mattresses or other large inflatable swimming toys.

20. In the event of danger, a lifeguard may order swimmers to get out of the water immediately.

21. Everyone in the swimming pool halls must obey the orders of the lifeguards on duty.

22. After leaving the pool, a 20-30 minute rest is recommended.

§ 3 RESPONSIBILITY

1. The full amount of the damage is payable for damage to items of equipment in the facility as well as damage to, or loss of, items provided for use.

2. The swimming pool bears no responsibility for items, especially valuables, left or lost on the premises or lost through theft.

3. The swimming pool assumes no responsibility for damage to swimwear in the pool hall.

4. Parents or caretakers are responsible for damage caused by minors.

5. The swimming pool assumes no liability for accidents caused by failure to observe these rules and regulations, the instructions for use of the water attractions and the instructions of the staff.

6. Ignorance of the rules and instructions for use of the sauna, jacuzzi does not release you from responsibility for improper use of the pool and its facilities, and the pool is not liable for any negative consequences.

7. Entering the swimming pool is considered to be acceptance of and adherence to the provisions contained in the regulations. Hotel Skal SPA & Wellness
