Regulations of the salt cave The salt cave is a place of relaxation and tranquility. Anyone can use the salt cave, except for a few contraindications, which require prior consultation with a doctor. These are: cancer, tuberculosis, hyperthyroidism, claustrophobia, other acute inflammations
Light sports clothing is required. WHITE COTTON SOCKS REQUIRED, they can be purchased at the SPA reception. Each screening starts on the hour and lasts 45 minutes. You must arrive 5 minutes before the start - it is not possible to enter during the screening. Mobile phones are prohibited. You should remain silent during the session, allowing the other participants to rest and calm down. Do not enter the cave with food or drink. Do not remove salt crystals. It is recommended not to use too intense cosmetics before entering the salt cave (e.g. deodorants or perfumes). If you feel unwell, leave the cave immediately. The end of the screening is signaled by the lights brightening and the music turning off, as well as the narrator's voice announcing the end of the screening. Children are allowed to enter the salt cave only under the supervision of adult guardians. Adult guardians are responsible for the safety of children in the salt cave.
