If you have a sweet tooth and love freshly baked bread with natural leaven in a traditional bread oven, you must visit this place.
Bread is baked here according to tradition in a 120-year-old bread oven (this is how, among other things, 100% rye sourdough Sarmatian bread is made). In addition to the historic baking oven, there are many other attractions in the Open-Air Museum of Bread. Tourists have many opportunities. These include: viewing historic objects that are closely related to the process of baking bread. Among them are old millstones (you can grind a handful of grain on them), churns, slicers, dochówki and many others. Those interested in deepening their knowledge can take part in a lecture on bread baking as part of the workshops. Anyone interested will also be able to make some kind of baking form themselves and then try their own baking. The Open-Air Museum of Bread in Ustronie Morskie also offers pottery workshops. They include a lecture on the history of ceramics, making clay forms on special potter's wheels, and refreshments for all workshop participants.
